Matcha Latte Overnight Oats Recipe

Talk about a creamy & refreshing start to the day, oh and with a caffeine boost! 🍏
These overnight oats are a must try!
 
 INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/3 cup GF Rolled Oats⁠
  • 2/3 cup Unsweetened Plant-Based Milk ⁠(we used Coconut Milk)⁠
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds⁠
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds⁠
  • 1 tsp Matcha Powder⁠
  • 1 tsp Sweetener of choice (we used maple syrup)⁠
Toppings:⁠
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Flakes ⁠
  • 1 tbsp Cashews, finely chopped⁠ 
  • Seasonal Fruit ⁠
 
METHOD:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl. ⁠
  2.  Seal and leave to set in fridge overnight. ⁠
  3. Once set, top with topping and enjoy! ⁠
