Oat Flour Cake Slab Recipe

Who says cake is just for dessert? 😉

This oat flour cake slab is the perfect sweet start to your day!
Indulgence without feeling of any of the guilt.

This recipe is super simple and a great treat!

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup GF Oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup milk
  • Berries of choice
  • Chocolate Chips

METHOD:

  1. Blend oats, banana, egg, sugar/maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla extract and milk to make a smooth batter.
  2. Pour the ingredient in cake tin and top it with berries and chocolate buttons
  3. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until a wooden skewer comes out clean.
